01 / USING THE APP

Using the app

License: You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app under these terms and applicable store rules.
Your documents: You are responsible for the documents you scan, import, store, export, share, or delete.
Lawful use: Do not use SnapFolio to create, alter, store, or share documents in a misleading, fraudulent, illegal, or harmful way.
Accuracy: OCR, document detection, naming, and extracted fields may contain mistakes. Review important documents before relying on them.

02 / SECURITY

Device security: App lock, biometrics, and device PIN features depend on your device settings and Android security.
Sensitive files: For IDs, passports, medical, tax, legal, or financial documents, review sharing and backup choices carefully.

03 / BACKUP AND RESTORE

Your provider: Backup uses a folder you choose in another app or provider. That provider controls sync, availability, storage, and account access.
Restore changes files: Restoring from backup can replace matching local files. Review the selected backup folder before restoring.
No guaranteed recovery: Backup reduces risk but does not guarantee recovery from every device, account, provider, or user error.

04 / PAID FEATURES

Purchases: Paid features are handled through Google Play Billing and the rules shown at purchase time.
Subscriptions: Monthly and yearly subscriptions normally remain available through the paid period after cancellation. Google Play terms, regional consumer-protection laws, immediate or prorated exceptions, trial eligibility, renewal terms, and cancellation terms may vary. Lifetime is a one-time purchase and does not renew.
Access: Some features may require an active purchase, a supported device, available services, or an internet connection.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Google Play under its policies and applicable consumer protections. A refund can end or reverse access, including Lifetime access; immediate or prorated outcomes depend on Google Play and the applicable region.

05 / AVAILABILITY AND LIMITS

Provided “as is”: SnapFolio is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a guarantee that every scan, backup, restore, OCR result, or export will be perfect.
Changes: Features, prices, limits, wording, and supported services may change over time.
Liability: To the extent allowed by law, SnapFolio is not responsible for indirect losses, lost documents, missed deadlines, or provider outages.
Consumer rights: Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, remedies, or liabilities that applicable law does not allow the developer to exclude.

06 / ENDING USE

Your choice: You may stop using and uninstall the app at any time. Manage subscriptions separately in Google Play.
Misuse: Access may be limited where required by law, Google Play rules, security, or material misuse of the app.
